The records consist of approximately 40 reports on patients who had hysterectomies at the Women's Hospital in 1934. The multi-page form contains no patient names (referring to patients by first initial, marital status, and last initial, i.e., A. Mrs. S) but does list age, marital status, race, nationality, occupation, and religion. Addresses were also listed but blotted out to insure confidentiality of the person's identity.
